Brannigan Associates merges with TFT
From 3rd May 2022, Brannigan Associates is joined forces with TFT, adding decades of local market knowledge to TFT’s already considerable expertise in the built environment. As a result of the merger, TFT has opened its first European office and expanded into Ireland. Brannigan Associates is an established property and construction consultancy with over 20 years of experience in Ireland. The firm advises commercial real estate clients on development, refurbishments, acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, project management and building conservation. In this merger, the Brannigans team will join TFT and enhance their existing services with TFT’s resources, benefitting clients with added expertise in fields such as sustainability and engineering.
The merge follows a long-standing association between the two firms. Brannigan and TFT have worked together for UK clients both managing and developing assets in Ireland, particularly across retail and logistics sectors. It also follows TFT’s announcement last month that it will be opening new hubs in Leeds and Southampton, tapping into new regional growth locations and the associated talent there. This next strategic move places TFT at the heart of the fifth busiest real estate market in Europe with €3 billion having been invested between the end of last year and the third quarter of 2021.
